Thanks for the question. Shipping to Romania is $28 for one kit. As for shipping all the other gear, we really don't do that. I understand your desire to pay one shipping cost, but we can't provide all the various components you will need. I hope this answers your questions.

Shipping to Brazil (two kits) is $38. That can take up to 10 business days from the day we ship. We usually ship within 5 days of all international orders, but sometimes sooner. We have almost everything in stock all the time. Sometimes we do have slight delays, but we will let you know.
